More Celestial Empire concept art. A reminder, this is for a personal project being worked on by my household, written by Nate with me as illustrator and Will as consultant.

Here's Amal xi D'Brei Nephandri, the hero of Celestial Empire and one of four main characters. I call her the hero because ultimately her acts are the most ideologically pure and pro-active, so while she starts a huge and terrible war, it is one she intends to win for the good of her people (and everyone else, really.) Unlike the other three, she doesn't need to go on a journey of self-discovery and shit. Because she is damn badass. Also, she is mostly naked because that's a cultural norm for Aimelkaa. She is one of the most powerful and feared figures in world politics!
