Cor, way-farer

That's how she introduces herself, if asked her name. Identifiable by her light load, bawdy whistle, and strange ways. Cor travels across her world, a place once connected now decayed into tribes ignorant of each other, ruled by temple-monarchs. She connects them, whether they like it or not, with news, stories, inventions, music. For this she is both despised, and legendary.

This is part of a story I'm working on that's intended to explore the possibilities of a female "trickster" archetype.
